Catholic Medical Center Partners with PatientWorks®
Catholic Medical Center, Manchester, NH has selected a patient identification and electronic forms automation solution from PatientWorks®. The solution will improve patient identification and safety while automating admission and clinical documentation process. PatientWorks® can integrate with any HIS, EMR or Imaging system to improve registration, ancillary and billing workflows.
Catholic Medical Center is a 330-bed, full-service health care facility dedicated to providing health, healing and hope to all. CMC offers medical-surgical care with more than 25 subspecialties, inpatient and outpatient services, diagnostic imaging and a 24-hour emergency department.
Meeting JCAHO and HIPAA standards, the project includes the deployment of bar-coded armband for positive patient identification, labels and face sheets. PatientWorks® Downtime Registration, Print Manager and Input Manager for on demand armband creation will also be utilized. Later phases of the will include enterprise electronic forms automation, patient photo capture, electronic signature capture as well as scanning, integrating all to the electronic medical record system.
